Please apply for the free and reduced price meals for your children, read the instructions on the back, complete only one form for your household, sign your name and return to Notre Dame Academy. Call 716-824-0726, if you need help. Additional names may be listed on a separate paper.

The breakfast is served at 7:30 am and will be available to students until 7:50 am.  The cost of the breakfast is $1.00.  If your child qualifies for the reduced rate, the cost is $.25.

The cost of a lunch is $2.25 per day.  If you wish to prepay for the lunch there is a discount.  The discounted prepaid lunch is $2.00.
