What an incredible way to cap off the school year! Our 8th grade class was selected to design and build a miniature golf hole that will be featured as part of the Erie County Fair's miniature golf course. The journey began with all students submitting their creative drawings for consideration. After careful deliberation, the class chose Nora Bloom's fantastic design featuring a Ferris wheel, bumper cars, and concession stands - perfectly capturing the spirit of the county fair!
We are thrilled to honor our exceptional Track Coach, Patrick Burke, with Notre Dame Academy's Coach of the Year Award! This recognition comes at the perfect time as Coach Burke celebrates his 10th year leading our track program. Coach Burke's commitment to our student-athletes goes far beyond the track. His leadership, mentorship, and unwavering dedication have transformed our track program into a championship-caliber team while developing young athletes into confident, determined individuals.
There is a famous quote that states “You have to know the past, to understand the present.” In acknowledging that statement, we have created a Notre Dame Academy Legacy Award to acknowledge certain individuals who have had a long, lasting impact on making our Sports Program what it is today. During the 95/96 school year, Dave Bilski became involved in St. Martins Elementary School, which eventually became Notre Dame Academy in 2006. Dave was a basketball coach for over eight years
On April 30th, we hosted our STREAM Night and Science Fair! The event featured exciting activities for all ages, including a miniature golf course, drone flying demonstrations, and our student business competition. Two local entrepreneurs evaluated our young business owners and selected the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Thank you to everyone who participated in making this educational evening a success!
